What does the trainer eat? Here is today’s after workout shake. No artificial protein required. Milk, Greek yoghurt, peanut butter, banana, strawberries, oats, maca powder, flax seed, cocoa nibs. Has about 30 grams of protein, yes carbs. yes fat. Yes so good. I feel like walking with the gods Brodin!
